This is an original mixed media painting entitled 'Standing Tall', based on an indoor plant. It would fit perfectly with a pale green decor, or be a lovely wedding present. I used to work in a garden centre as a Sunday girl when I was at college, and just loved getting inspiration from the different plants there, I'd always be found drawing in my lunch breaks.
Painted on canvas with acrylic and then hand beaded on top afterwards, including sequins. Signed at the back of the canvas. It comes varnished.
Painting measures 40 x 30 cm.
Canvas is approx 1.5cm deep, with painted edges. It also includes a wire hanging at the back.
