Currency Artwork Project (2026)
Hayley Mallett is one of two artists commissioned to create original artwork for the fronts of the new Bailiwick of Guernsey banknotes, developed in close collaboration with Rachael de la Mare and produced by De La Rue.
The project translates highly detailed, hand-crafted artworks into a national format, bringing intricate textile practice into everyday public use.
Further details and imagery will be released following the official announcement later this year.
